Yes. We support CROs with bid defence, UK, Ireland and EU submissions and start-up recovery, and we support sponsors with independent oversight of CRO delivery. We do not take both sides of the same study.

What is the minimum engagement?
The start-up diagnostic is the smallest fixed-scope engagement. Fractional and project engagements are scoped to the study.
How do you handle confidentiality?
We work under NDA as standard and treat all study, sponsor and site information as confidential.
How quickly can you start?
Typically within two weeks of an agreed proposal, sooner for start-up recovery where the timeline demands it.
